To ensure we continue to deliver in this context, our corporate business plan is drawn up with a clear eye on those long-term trends that offer both challenges and opportunities for our business.
For Boskalis the most relevant megatrends are:
- Climate change
- Growing energy consumption
- Growing world trade
- Population growth
What
During the Global Challenges Inhouseday, we will take you into the world of Boskalis. The program consists of the following components:
- Company introduction;
- Introduction into global challenges;
- A business case of choice (Dredging; Inland Infra; Offshore Energy; Finance. Please, indicate your first and second choice. We will try to take your preference into account.)
You will meet a variety of people: students from different educational institutes throughout the Netherlands, following the same or another study track, Young Boskalis members, and more experienced Boskalis members . The event is an opportunity to explore, ask questions and learn more about our career opportunities. We will close the day with drinks and bites.
Who
3rd/4th year BSc students and MSc students at HBO or WO level following a study track such as: civil engineering; mechanical engineering; maritime technique; ocean technology; offshore engineering; business administration in technology; electrical engineering; mechatronics; accountancy; finance & control; land or water management.
